Return Policy

All Workshift Outfitters products are produced on a made-to-order basis. Due to the customized nature of our manufacturing process, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that each item is created specifically for them, and as such, Workshift Outfitters is unable to resell or repurpose returned merchandise. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

We are committed to ensuring accuracy and quality in every order. If you believe there is an issue with the workmanship or the product delivered does not match the specifications you provided at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately. While this policy does not permit returns, we will review any concerns and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
